Sheila Foster leads the advisory committee of the Global Parliament of Mayors, a governance body of and for mayors from all continents. She has investigated the intersection of civil rights and environmental law, worked with state, federal and local agencies on environmental policy, and explored city growth and governance through the lens of the urban commons.
