Richard Bradley

Richard Bradley specializes in planning, management and development of central city downtown and commercial districts. As founding executive director of the Downtown Washington DC Business Improvement District, he helped catalyze its resurgence beginning in 1998. He also led the International Downtown Association, helping develop new urban management strategies in countries including the United Kingdom and South Africa.
