Rebecca Katz investigates global health security, public health preparedness and health diplomacy. She consults with the Department of State on issues related to the Biological Weapons Convention, pandemic influenza and disease surveillance. Recently, she has worked with the Global Parliament of Mayors and the World Health Organization to engage city leaders in pandemic preparedness.
