Juan Luis Manfredi

Prof. Juan Luis Manfredi is the Prince of Asturias Distinguished Visiting Professor at the School of Foreign Service.  He is a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, where he teaches Journalism and International Relations.  He studies new forms of public diplomacy, paying special attention to the role that cities and mayors play in global governance.
