Eva Rosen studies social inequality, poverty and American housing policy, in the urban context. Her current work focuses on low-income housing and landlords in four cities. Her forthcoming book examines Housing Choice Voucher holders in Baltimore. She is a member of the Scholar Strategy Network, a network of scholars use research to improve policy and strengthen democracy. The National Science Foundation, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Joint Center for Housing Studies, Furman Center, and Massive Data Institute at Georgetown have supported her work.
