Brian McCabe

Associate Professor, Sociology

 

Brian McCabe studies social inequalities in American cities, including the ways homeowners engage in local politics and the consequences of their engagement for their communities, and the role of housing authorities in the Housing Choice Voucher program. With Eva Rosen (McCourt School of Public Policy), McCabe is organizing a conference at Georgetown in fall, 2019 on the sociology of housing. He teaches course on gentrification, urban studies and housing policy in the United States.
