John Hillegass, Georgetown Urban & Regional Planning masters candidate; winner of the 2019 Dick Wolfe Prize will present a public lecture entitled: "Dismantling the D.C. Streetcar System: What have We Learned?" In this presentation, Mr. Hillegass will present a comparative geospatial analysis of contemporary levels of bus service to historic levels of service provided by the D.C. streetcar system in 1961.
