The Politics of Placemaking & Black Space Across the African Diaspora, a thought-provoking discussion on Black spatial experiences and creative placemaking. Featuring Dahlia Nduom, a licensed architect and Associate Professor of Architecture at Howard University, and Titiola Halimat Somotan, Assistant Professor in the African Studies Program at Georgetown University, this event will explore the intersections of architecture, space, and identity within the African diaspora.
