Agustina Mozzoni

I am a Global Health Scholar at the National and Global Health Law (candidate) and a lawyer  from the National University of Córdoba (UNC), Argentina.

In 2016, I was an intern at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. In 2020, I received a scholarship from the Argentinian Ministry of Health to work as a legal researcher, focusing on Argentinian public policies for access to food.
I also have served as the Health Area Coordinator at Fundeps Argentina, dedicating my efforts to researching and advocating for a healthier environment, particularly concerning non-communicable diseases and vulnerable groups. I have also worked as a judicial assistant at a Penal Court in Argentina, where I assisted in drafting sentences in cases related to human rights and criminalization.
Furthermore, I contribute my expertise as a researcher in the Social Rights Research Group (GIDES) based at the UNC, where I have published papers in the field of social policies and human rights. Additionally, I am engaged as a graduate assistant in Constitutional Law and have served as a lecturer in social rights courses at the same university.

My primary areas of interest in health law revolve around the intersection between health, human rights, and vulnerable groups.
