Jennifer Tobin is an expert in the political economy of development, focusing specifically on international investment, small and microfinance, trade, and development assistance. Currently, she is focusing on property rights enforcement for small investors, free trade agreements in emerging market economies, and the emergence of pro-poor economic policies in developing countries.
